Cancellations
I understand that plans can change! To ensure fairness and allow time to adjust scheduling, cancellation notice must be received at least five (5) days before the scheduled service start date.
Cancellations made with proper notice will not incur a fee.
Same-day cancellations are subject to a fee due to the short notice and the time reserved exclusively for your booking.
Cancellation fees are non-refundable and are intended to compensate for reserved time and declined bookings. By booking services, clients acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
Privacy & Safety Policy
Client privacy and safety are a top priority. All personal information shared (including contact details, addresses, and pet information) is kept confidential and never sold or shared outside of providing pet sitting services.
For mutual safety, clients agree to disclose all recording devices (including cameras or audio devices) located in or around the home prior to services.
Undisclosed recording devices may result in immediate cancellation of services without refund.
By booking services, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Client Responsibilities & Service Agreement
To ensure safe and reliable care, clients agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding their pet’s health, behavior, routines, and any known risks within the home.
In the event of a pet emergency, I will make reasonable efforts to contact the client. If the client cannot be reached, clients authorize me to seek veterinary or emergency care as needed, with all related costs being the responsibility of the client.
While every reasonable precaution is taken, I am not responsible for illness, injury, property damage, or loss caused by a pet’s behavior, undisclosed conditions, or circumstances beyond my control.
